A collection of twigs, bark, and seeds wrapped up in a gauzy strip of cloth, boiled in water with two dollops of honey and finished off with added milk - served hot. While I'm part of the coffee camp, chai tea has its definite attraction.The added bonus of making your own is the musky sweet smell of crushed cardamom that continues to waft off your fingertips for hours.
