Rain, rain go away
Come on back another day
I think everyone who grew up in an English-speaking country learned this rhyme early on. So maybe it's cliche, but as someone who lives in a rain forest - those two little lines come to mind fairly often.
Is it me, or do they also express that melancholy that some of us feel on grey dreary days?
Thank goodness for shiny rain boots.
